Payments:

Monthly Commitment: To ensure consistent progress and a dedicated learning environment, we follow a monthly commitment model. This means securing your child's spot for the entire month, with payment due on the 1st of each month. This is like the way you may pay for extra-curricular activities such as gymnastics/swimming / football lessons. All of the lessons in the month are be paid for.

We offer flexible Scheduling:

We understand that life happens and some things cannot be controlled. If you have a planned absence, such as a holiday, you will have the flexibility to swap your child's session to a different day/time within the month. This ensures your child doesn't miss out on essential learning opportunities.

Christmas:

To accommodate the holiday season, we'll be closed from Saturday 20th December 2025 to 4th January 2026. We will be open again on Monday 5th January 2026. You will not be charged for sessions during this time.

Tuition and Cancellation Policy:

To maintain a reliable schedule for all students, tuition is non-refundable for missed lessons. We strive to avoid cancellations, but in rare cases (like tutor illness), we'll provide as much notice as possible and reschedule the session.

To maintain a balanced schedule, if you wish to discontinue your child's sessions, we request one month's notice prior to the desired end date.
